How This Site Is Built
Philosophy
A site that sells AI strategy should demonstrate working AI, responsibly and without theater. I treat my own site the way I advise clients to treat production: small blast radius, graceful degradation, and honest claims about what the technology actually does.
Stack
Next.js 15 on the App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion for restrained reveals. Resend relays the contact form. The site is deployed on Vercel. Typography is Newsreader, Archivo, and IBM Plex Mono.
The AI in this site
The "Ask InmanAI" concierge is powered by Claude, from Anthropic, through a small API route. It is grounded in a fixed system prompt describing my background, rate limited, and degrades to a plain contact form when it is not configured. If the model is unavailable, the widget simply does not appear.
The AI Readiness Assessment is deliberately not a model call. It is deterministic scoring that runs entirely in your browser. Not everything needs a model, and knowing when not to use one is part of the discipline.

This site is designed and maintained with Claude Code as a collaborator, with every change reviewed before it ships. I believe that is the honest version of "AI-powered": humans accountable, machines leveraged.
